Summary: nice people and the hotel is at colonial area. You have turism, beach, history an good restaurants and shopping around. Everithing aroung. Plus is a relax area too.

Summary: We did not have an ocean view room but we had a fabulous, private patio. The pool area was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful

Summary: The room was spacious. The view was great - you could see the sea from the bed. I really liked the location - very walkable and convenient to everything. I also liked the sun deck. But apparently, do NOT pick room 205, or ask to change if you are assigned room 205. When I mentioned the crazy loud bass and music until 2:15 a.m. Sunday morning, the front desk clerk chastised me, saying, "Most guests ask to be away from the bar." Huh?! How would I ever guess that this was a thing. SO - note to future guests of the King Christian - ask NOT to get room 205 if you want to actually sleep and not leave your room in your pjs at 2:20 a.m. to ask them to turn it down

Summary: The room we had was nothing like the pictures. We got a 3rd floor walkup (!!!!) in the rear building reached through a dirt alley and multiple steps up and down. View from the sliding doors was an alley. our the front door was a dilapidated building. Would have been nice if the front desk notified us of the many steps, 3rd floor placement, and lack of an elevator, and asked if we needed help with our bags!

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The room had a great view. Hotel was in a very good location. Pool was nice and clean. Unfortunately, our room was right over the bar downstairs and the hotel did not help to control the noise. Also the tile in the bathroom was stained and looked dirty. These 2 negatives can easily be remedied to get this hotel up to 5 stars.
